What personal data NEXARA collects through this website and the network, who processes it, and the rights you have.

Who we are

NEXARA Affiliates (“NEXARA”, “we”, “us”) operates the iGaming affiliate network at nexaraaffiliates.com and is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the network.

What we collect

  • Information you submit through our contact and partner-application forms — your name, company or brand, email address, traffic type, approximate monthly volume, target markets, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Partner & performance data generated once you join — the clicks, registrations, deposits and revenue events attributed to your tracking links, and the account details needed to pay you.
  • Technical data your browser sends automatically — IP address, device and browser type, and request logs — used to serve the site securely.

We do not ask for banking or card details through this website; payout details are collected directly during partner onboarding.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and assess partner applications.
  • To run the network — attributing conversions and calculating and paying commissions.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and bot traffic, and keep the network secure.
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the network, or the performance of a contract with you.

Service providers we share data with

We use a small set of trusted processors to run the site and network; they handle data only on our instructions:

  • Web3Forms — delivers our website form submissions to our inbox.
  • hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) — tells humans from bots on our forms.
  • Cloudflare — hosts and serves the website and protects it from abuse.
  • Google — Workspace email for our inbox, and Google Fonts for typography (which receives your IP when fonts load).

We also share data with operators and authorities only where it is needed to run the network or required by law. We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email us to exercise any of these; you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it, though no transmission over the internet is ever completely secure.
