Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of the NEXARA network and website. By applying or operating as a partner, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with the laws and licensing rules of every market you promote in.

Affiliate obligations

• Promote only to adults of legal gambling age, following our responsible-gaming standards.
• Send genuine, non-fraudulent traffic; no incentivized, bot or misrepresented traffic.
• Use approved creatives and respect each operator’s brand and terms.

Commissions & payment

Commissions are calculated under your agreed deal model and paid once you meet the stated threshold and schedule. Fraudulent or charged-back activity may be deducted or withheld.

Termination

Either party may end the relationship per the agreement. Breaches of these Terms or our responsible-gaming standards may lead to suspension and forfeiture of disputed commissions.

Liability

The network is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
